Go The Extra Mile

Friday, April 29th, 2005

Assalamualaikum and good day everyone reading. Well here i am again to tell you of current happenings.

For starters, my fitness progress has been going very well. I’ve been to FitnessFirst every day (i didn’t even skip once). I really LOVE the group exercise classes where you are put in a group of classes doing physical activities. I started with this class called bodycombat. It’s really cool. You will be punching kicking with some really loud music. The music really brings the best out of you along with the trainer. It’s just fun to me… please give me more encouragements… i know with your support, there’s no way for me to turn back… hahaha… You will finally see a new look Arif in…. 1 year… trust me… it takes a lot of patience and discipline…

On other notes, the company i’m working for is moving out of it’s current office to a more convenient spot near bukit bintang. I’m ok with it , no problems at all. Just feels funny coz i’ve only used that office only twice. Oh well, the work is still there… so must work hard!!!

Next, i’m currently trying out ebay, i’m trying to buy this gundam from this dude from Seremban. In dealing with ebay, it is important you build trust amongst the users. I admit of being worried with the possibility of being cheated. But i really want the gundam!!! So must risk a bit la… Trust is something so valuable you will never be able to buy… I value it more than a lot of things in life… It’s only attainable after going thru a certain period with someone… so there i just hope i get the gundam and the other dude gets his cash… It’s a win win situation…

And that’s all folks. Please take care of yourselves wherever you are and have fun ok? Assalamualaikum and Goodbye!!! :-}

Fitness First!

Assalamualaikum and hello to all human beings i know also to those who are reading this. I hope your all healthy and ok cuz i know i am. Well today i’ll just be writing about latest updates thats been happening in my life.

Newcastle lost three in a row…. that’s it BYE!!!

But wait, if i wanted to write such a short blog, i would’ve done it somewhere else. My life isn’t just about footie you know. Well for starters…

I’ve joined the FitnessFirst gym located near my place in hope of finally losing weight. i know i’ve been delaying it all my life, but now i’ll finally do it!!! I want to look thin and fit. I don’t want to be the big man on camp, more of a fit man on camp (Sumthin like that….). Please by all means give me encouragements, only you people can help me achieve my goals. Just say get thin or whatever. It goes a long way. When i lose the weight and finally look like Keanu Reeves or Brad Pitt, i’ll get back to you. So thanks!!!

Next, workwise, it’s just piles and piles of work again…. is what I wish I could have said but… there’s not much yet… I guess i gotta be patient… the receptionist is cute though….ha ha… that’s pretty much it. I think the advantage of working is i get the privelege of eating out at different places everyday. Hmm… this doesnt seem to go well with the get thin mission. Well, gotta adapt soon… I guess it’s just two pieces of bread for me…. sigh…

Oh, For my baller friends, please please by all mean contact if you are interested in playing. Think of it as a chance to meet each other again after so long. I have been around section 14 and ss2 but I personally don’t mind playing elsewhere. Let’s ball, day or nite, single or married, sunny or rainy (Well, maybe not…). I want to see your pattern of play now.

And that’s all for now. So Fitness… that’s key to getting thin. I’ll tell you the good news when i am thin. So wish me luck. Assalamualaikum And Goodbye

Yo!

Assalamualaikum and Hello evry dudes and dudettes out there. It’s Fauzi or RF ready to be typin and tellin you stories of life before, during and after Johore Matriculation College (JMC). First, a brief history.

JMC is a college where one goes for pre-university. You take the basics like physics maths and chem again… :-{ What’s most interesting though is the fact you have to stay there for a year. Yes ONE YEAR! Big problems for city boys who regulars starbucks and McDonalds. (I had my doubts going there). Fortunately, the learning environment is great. It feels like your in uni. No one to tell you what to do. You gotta be self dependent. U fail it’s absolutely your fault and likewise. It’s a challenge i have prevailed. More than academics, I have learned a lot about people. They can be interesting…

Ok, enough reminiscing. After johore, i had the chance to work for a company. Just a small operation company trying to earn it’s stripes in KL. My first day it’s been all typing stuffs. Just simple typing work. Nothing to difficult… My frenz take the time to go to work. Fill up your empty hours… make some extra dollars… It’s opens yourself to a new horizon… Just try!

Well that’s it for the moment. I hope and pray that all of you are safe and sound whereever you are. I’ve received messages of a death of our JMC student. Sedekahlah al-fatihah kepadanya…. Goodbye, take care and assalamualaikum
